Get started with VibeDoc in 3 simple steps:

Sign Up for Free

Visit vibedoc-ai.com and create your free account. You can sign up with:
  • Email & Password - Traditional signup
  • Google OAuth - One-click with your Google account
New users get 50 free AI credits to start creating documents immediately.

Start a Conversation

Once logged in, you’ll see the document creation page. Simply describe what you want to create:
"Create a professional service agreement for a web development project"

"Generate a business proposal with timeline and budget details"

"Draft a meeting agenda for our Q1 planning session"

"Create an invoice template for consulting services"
The AI will understand your request and generate a complete document with appropriate structure and content.

Customize & Export

Your document appears in the editor with:
  • AI-generated content in structured blocks
  • Edit mode to modify any section
  • Preview mode to see the final result
You can:
  • ✏️ Edit any block inline
  • ➕ Add new blocks (text, tables, signatures, etc.)
  • 🎨 Adjust templates and styling
  • 📄 Switch between portrait/landscape
  • 📤 Export to PDF
  • 🔗 Share via web link

Your First Document

Let’s create a sample document together:

1. Access the App

Navigate to vibedoc-ai.com/new after signing in.

2. Describe Your Document

In the prompt input, type:
Create a project proposal for developing a mobile app,
including timeline, team structure, and budget breakdown

3. Watch the Magic

VibeDoc’s AI will:
  • Analyze your request
  • Generate appropriate sections (executive summary, timeline, etc.)
  • Create structured content with headings, lists, and tables
  • Add professional formatting

4. Customize the Content

Click any block to edit:
  • Change headings and text
  • Modify table data
  • Update lists

  • Insert dividers

5. Export or Share

Export to PDF

Click ExportDownload PDF to generate a professional PDF file with perfect formatting

Share Link

Click Share to create a public or private web link with configurable permissions

Print

Use Print Document for browser-native printing with @page media rules

Click Read to hear your document with AI voice playback

VibeDoc uses a credit-based system for AI operations:
Credit Costs:
  • Chat input: 0.001 credits per token (~250 words = 1 credit)
  • Chat output: 0.015 credits per token
  • Audio generation: Based on content length

Pro Plans

Common Issues

AI generation typically takes 5-10 seconds for complex documents. For very long documents (>2000 words), it may take up to 30 seconds. Check your internet connection if it takes longer.
You’ve run out of AI credits. You can:
  • View your balance in the header
  • Click the credits badge to top up
  • Upgrade to Pro for monthly credits
PDF generation requires:
  • Active internet connection
  • Document must be saved
  • Pro plan for large documents (>10 pages)
Try the Print option as an alternative.
